Interval Training
- These classes consists of alternating intervals
of cardio and strength followed by core stability exercises performed
on the floor. The classes finish with 10 minutes of flexibility
training, focusing on proper body alignment.
Body Sculpt - Strengthens
and tones the body using hand-weights, body bars, bands, balls,
and gravity.
Yogalates - An Energetic class, offering fun exercises that focus on strengthening the core, developing flexibility and increasing lung capacity.

Hatha

The building blocks from which
most yoga practices are built. This class takes time to explore
each posture, focusing on alignment and breath. A good place
to learn the foundations as well as build on your knowledge and
experience. Perfect for beginners!
Flow 1-2 - Gently links
each posture fluidly with breath connection; foundation to Flow 2-3
Flow 2-3 - A fluid, invigorating sequence of postures linking each movement with the breath. Some knowlege and experince with the basic postures and Flow 1-2 helpful and recommended.
Heated Vinyasa (Flow 2-3) - A fluid, invigorating sequence of postures linking each movement with the breath. Some knowlege and experince with the basic postures and/or Flow 1-2 is recommended. This class is practiced with the studio room heated between 80-90F with Far Infrared heat.
Prana Flow - Using the breath to gently guide and move the body in a flowing mindful practice.
Kundalini - Gentle asana and breath work with meditation and chakra awarness
Yin - A slow, grounding practice in which passive postures are held for 3-5 minutes togently open the hips, pelvis and spine - restoring range of motion and rejuvinating energetic flow. This class is suitable for beginners, those with limited mobility and/or recovering from injuries.
Vijnana - Beginning with relaxing the body, quieting the mind, and focusing through intent, we will move into more challenging inversions and backbends with complete awareness.
Yogilates - An Energetic class, offering fun exercises that focus on strengthening the core, developing flexibility and increasing lung capacity.
